Buffing wheels for precious and non-ferrous metal

Precious metals are resistant for chemical reaction, but it is good for mechanical proccesing. We recomend silk and damascus for polishing of this materials.

Non-ferrous materials are good for proccesing and buffing becouse they have relatively low density of chemical structure. We use it in polishing and we take into consideration when we look for best buffing wheel. 

 1.Step: Pre-polishing wheels are from sisal, brunok or retex.

 2. + 3. Step: Polishing and final polishing wheels are technical cloth and retex with medium density. Technical cloth and retex are traditional materials for polishing of this metals.

Precious metal we polish by silk.

Aluminium items are dificult if specifikation is low density and thin profile. This combination means that material comes heath by friction and tumbling surface layer start to rub out to side. In this case you will see some smooth layer, which you have to grind out and repair.
